DS2432P-W0F+1T Overview

A Non-Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. Tape & Reel (TR)-cases are available. An embedded 6-LSOJ (0.148, 3.76mm Width) case surrounds memory ics. The memory size of the chip is 1Kb 1K x 1 Mb. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. Suitable for use in a wide range of demanding applications, this device offers an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA. The supply voltage can be up to 2.8V~5.25V. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount.
