DS2433X-300-EC+ Overview

In terms of its memory type, it can be classified as Non-Volatile. There is a Tray case available. The case is embedded in 6-XBGA, FCBGA. It is estimated that the memory size on the chip is 4Kb 256 x 16. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses EEPROM-format memory. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications.
