DS2460S+T&R Overview

As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. Tape & Reel (TR)-cases are available. As you can see, it is embedded in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. 896b 112 x 8 is the chip's memory size. The device uses a mainstream EEPROM-format memory. The device's extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA makes it ideal for many demanding applications. There is a voltage range of 2.7V~5.5V for the supply voltage. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Surface Mount is recommended. With a clock frequency of 400kHz, the memory rotates on its own. Similar parts are frequently selected using the ic memory chip's base part number, DS2460. An 8-pin package is used to package this memory device.
