DS28E01G-100+U Overview

There is a Tube case available. There is a 100 case embedded in it. Memory size on the chip is 128B. A package of 2 pins is used to protect this memory device. This device must not operate below -40°C . It is recommended that operation of the part be restricted to temperatures not exceeding 85°C, otherwise damage to the part may occur as a result of overheating. If this part is to be used, the minimum supply voltage should not be less than 2.8V volts. An operating voltage of no more than 5.25V is required.
