Due to the enhanced 100-LBGA, CSBGA package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this receiver.With its Transceiver can transceiver design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this wide receiver.Power supply requirements for this differential driver are 3.135V~3.465V.There can be up to 1/1 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.IC receiver likes this one are designed for use in applications where operating temperatures are 0°C~70°C.100-pin driver IC with improved power dissipation control.Optical transceiver package size is greatly reduced due to downsizing of the ICs and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.As a result of the design of this transceiver module, the input voltage supply is designed to operate at 3.3V.3 volts.Using the input voltage of 120mA, this integrating circuit is capable of driving LEDs with an output voltage of 12 volts.
