DS4000GW/WBGA Overview

It is enclosed in the 24-BBGA packaging along with the digital timer. A programmable timer is set to the frequency 16.8MHz.It is used to pack in Tray case. There is a recommended mounting type of Surface Mount.The programmable timer can supply a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. The type of chips can be divided into Temperature, Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO). The operating temperature of this timer clock is 0°C~70°C. To mount this digital timer with Surface Mount. The operating supply voltage is rated at 1.5mA voltage. It is based on DS4000. The timer clock contains 24 pins. The supply voltage of the programmable timer can rate 5V.
