DS4432U+T&R Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when operating. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving. DS4432 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. The device is designed with 8 pins in total. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications.
