DS4625P+100/150 Overview

The timer clock is suitable for 10-LCCC Exposed Pad package. This programmable timer has been set to 100MHz 150MHz frequencies.It is used to pack in Tube case. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is possible to supply 2.97V~3.63V voltage to the programmable timer.The type of chips can be divided into Clock Oscillator. The operating temperature of this timer clock is -40°C~85°C. To keep the clock timer's supply current at 120mA. It is based on DS4625. The timer clock contains 10 pins.
