ICL7631ECSE+T Overview


In the package, you will find a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case to contain the op amp ic. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months. Buffer amplifier has a total of 16 pins on it. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 5V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier device, to be precise. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type of operational amplifiers.
