ICL7662CBA+ Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TA. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 15V for operation.
