ICL7665AESA+ Overview
A total of 8 terminals are used to mount this power management. Power management is packaged in a Tube way. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 2 channels that can be found. Please refer to power management for 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 8. 8 pins make up the power management. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 2V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 16V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
