ICL7665AESA+T Overview


Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, the power management has 8 pins in it. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 16V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ICL7665, the base power ics number. To be able to work, this power management requires 5V volts of power. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 15μA.
