LM4040AEX3-3.0+ Overview
A Cut Tape external package encloses the voltage reference ic.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 3V is outputted.
