LM4040BEM3-4.1+ Overview
A handy SOT-23 package is used.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 15mA.The ambient temperature should not exceed 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 4.096V.
