LM4041AIM3-1.2 Overview
This program uses the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Shunt control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 3, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.1% is the tolerance.A digital IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 1.225V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 3 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 240 degrees Celsius.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~85°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 12mA.It is generally considered correct to have a cathode current of 65μA.Fixed/minimal voltage of 1.225V is generated.It is tested whether a voltage reference ic can output its maximum voltage 1.2262V.1.2238V is the minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit.
