Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have 0.5% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 245.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.It can be used with 15mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 73μA.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 4.096V is outputted.
