SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.Different functions are terminated with 3.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.225V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 1.225V is outputted.
