This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tube package houses this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 48 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 48-pin RF module.Under 105°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 2.8mA.
