It is primarily designed for applications with low temperatures.Package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and mounting them in high-density Surface Mount arrays.It operates with the transceiver module's maximal operating temperature of 105°C to ensure its reliability.This optical transceiver should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.In order to achieve this, we have opted to use the 8-SOIC supplier package for wide receiver.
