Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 8V~12.6V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX15018.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.3A is the maximum output current.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 125V.According to its maximum power dissipation, 1.904W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.
