There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-WFBGA, WLBGA package for the purpose of space saving.
