This voltage supervisor has a total of 16 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 4 channels, each of which can be used independently. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. As well as this, there are other features to mention such as [0], for example.
