As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 20 in total. A Tube package is used to package the power management. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
