There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 225.
