MAX16021PTET+ Overview
A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. Tube-packaging is used. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 225. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. Pin count of the power management is 16. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 0V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount.
