MAX16028TP+T Overview
There are 24 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this PMIC, you can find 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Sequencer products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260.
