MAX16048ACB+ Overview
This power management consists of 64 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tray. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 8 channels which are available in a series format. As a reference, this IC power includes 64-TQFP Exposed Pad functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other System Manager products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT SPECIFIED. Manage ics operate at 3.3V supply voltages.
