This voltage supervisor has a total of 10 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 225 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 6 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Pin count of the power management is 10.
