This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. To assist you, this PMIC includes 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits.
