It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts.
