This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Fixed) output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 220kHz~1MHz. Input voltage 3.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
