It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-6 package to save space. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 6kHz~21kHz.
