Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this IC management you will find 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Watchdog Circuit products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 5V.
