There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tube-packaging is used. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Watchdog Circuit products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 14V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are a total of 8 pins on power management. The pins of the power management system count 8. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 5V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 40V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type.
