optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 260kHz~340kHz. Input voltage 0.9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.5V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 550mA Switch. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
