For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable (Programmable) output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 350kHz~1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 0.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
