As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 100kHz~2.2MHz. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V.
