For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 4V~14V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a N-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX17600.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The maximum output current can amount to 4A.The output current supported by the device is 4A.588.2mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 18mA.
