In the 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 2.35V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 500kHz 1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
