It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable (Programmable) outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. 1.4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.2V 1.5V 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V. As a result of the 750mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible.
