MAX20098ATED/V+T Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-TQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 3.5V~42V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C dc switcher. There is a switch at 2.2MHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Thare are switch converters of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
