MAX2009ETI+T Overview
On the basis of the frequency 1.2GHz~2.5GHz, RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 28 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 28-pin.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 5.8mA.
