Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this receiver.With its Driver can transceiver design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this wide receiver.It takes 4.75V~5.25V from the power supply to run this differential driver.As many as 5/0 eligible receivers/drivers can be used simultaneously with this electronic part.For applications where the operating temperature is 0°C~70°C, this ic receiver was designed primarily.An operating voltage range of 5V is suitable for this line driver ic.It is packaged with 20 pinouts that are market standard for this particular transceiver.For more variants of this part, try searching with the base part number MAX200, which indicates the product type, temperature, package, etc.It is a 20-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.Package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and mounting them in high-density Surface Mount arrays.There is a capability of 5-bit resolution with this ic receiver.There is a supply voltage of 5V on the input of this transceiver module, so it can be operated from that source.This driver IC is designed to operate from a 5V power supply.This optical transceiver module also features the EXTERNAL CHARGE PUMP function, improving the overall signal management stability and accuracy.In total, 5 transmitters have been installed, which produce radio waves and transmit data by using antennas to send data.
