MAX2022ETX+D Overview
A frequency of 1.5GHz~3GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.With the enhanced 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.The package of this RF modulator is Tube.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 292mA.
