The way of Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 12-XFBGA, WLPBGA for ease of transportation.An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .There are a number of applications targeted at Mobile Communications .The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C TA to avoid mal-function.The power management operates at 2.5V~5.5V volts.Check out search MAX20323 for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.There are 12 terminals on the power management.This analog IC has received a great deal of praise as a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog instruments designs.In addition to being supplied by the 4.3V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing many demanding tasks.It is recommended to conduct the power ic's supply current at 35μA~170μA volts.A minimum of 2.5V is needed for it to start.For the output quality to be maintained, 2 channels work together.There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltage greater than 5.5V .
