For packaging, it is used with Tube.A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 3V~5.5V by increasing the supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-40°C~150°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including Transformers.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Internal Oscillator, Watchdog Timer.A transmission line can be terminated at a 8 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 8 pins are used as pronged contacts.The MAX256 base H bridge ic number is the key to finding more related H bridge ics.For the operation of the H bridge, a voltage supply of 5V is used.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 1A when the ambient temperature is specified.This bridge driver functions in part thanks to the 8 pins working together.In order to maintain a high level of efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 5V.There are integrated 2 drivers in the system.
