There is a Tube package that comes with it.24-pins are used in total on this board.As the peak reflow temperature reaches 260, the reflow process begins.There is always a source of 5V being used to power the component at all times.There is a maximum voltage (Vsup) that is reached at location 6.3V, which is the supply voltage.There are +-2.5/+-5V supplies in the device.Currently, 70°C is the highest working temperature that can be achieved.There are a number of 24 terminals present on the device.Filter is necessary to have a supply voltage, Vsup, which is greater than 2.37V.This device has the capability of handling a maximum supply temperature of 20mA.In addition to these features, there are also some others such as IT CAN ALSO BE OPERATED FROM A SINGLE 5V SUPPLY.
