With a voltage range of 5V, this driver IC can operate efficiently.8 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 8-pin driver IC.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.It operates with the transceiver module's maximal operating temperature of 125°C to ensure its reliability.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -55°C for this optical transceiver.As far as supply voltages are concerned, the maximum voltage that this IC is rated at is 5.5V.In order to run this line driver ic, the supply voltage must be at least 2.2V.
