This device is housed in an integrated Tape & Reel (TR)-package.An excellent Transimpedance Amplifier that is very good value for money.It was sent with the 12-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.As you can see, the part is mounted into the Surface Mount axis.It finds its uses in Optical Networks mainly.This device has the base part number MAX3657.For amplification, 1 functions are used here.There are a total of three 12 terminals in total, and each of these has its own functions.In order to ensure peak relow for the part, the iron temperature has to be controlled under 260 when proceeding peak relow.A total of 12 pins are present on the part.It is recommended that a supply voltage of 3.3V is used to run this amplifier fully.To enhance design flexibility, Surface Mount is adpated to this product.It is important to note that this part is only capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 85°C.It is possible for the device to malfunction if the temperature drops below -40°C.
