A SC-74A, SOT-753 case is used to package the op amp. Op amps are Current Sense types of amplifier on the chip. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It consists of a total of 5 pins in total. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 12V volts.
